My design proposal for the Phoenix United Mine will lead you in the world of fairy tales.
Inspired by the name of the building, I decided to revive it and to place the wings of the Phoenix within the mine as creating a place where people can walk around the bird’s pinions and to feel as if they are part of a magic.
In the center of the building, I placed a fireplace which characterize the Phoenix who burned itself and then born again from the ashes. The fireplace is located exactly in the core of the two wings, providing a warm experience for all visitors.
